Spain 2024 15' Fiction Debut
As every summer, tomato day arrives. Nella and her family reunite to celebrate the family tradition at their summer house in Italy. The day that years ago was the perfect excuse to spend time together as a family turns into a day of arguments and misunderstandings.

Nerea Sciarra
Nerea Sciarra (Ortona, Italy, 1995) is graduated in Audiovisual Communication and has done a master’s degree in Contemporary Technological and Performative Art at the University of the Basque Country. She works in film, communication and design. She began working as an art director on several short films and commercials. After these first works, she directed and produced her own documentaries such as Mármol negro (2019) and Io, le case e loro (2019). Pomo d’oro is her first fiction short film.
