Mexico 2025 17' Fiction
In a peripheral area of Mexico City, the extortion of local shopkeepers and residents is an everyday occurrence. On a sunny Sunday, in a housing complex located in one of these areas, a shopkeeper hasn’t paid his fee, and the hitmen have come to give him an ultimatum.

Gerardo del Razo
Gerardo del Razo (Mexico City, 1989) earned a degree in Theater from UNAM and a degree in Film Directing from the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC). He directed the short films Family Sunday and I Am Not Dead, both produced by the CCC. He has worked on various television series, films, and theater productions, as well as in different festivals and events in the United States, Colombia, Spain, and Mexico. He is currently part of the Fulbright program and is pursuing an MFA in Film at Emerson College.
